Dave Roberts, President
Dave’s background includes both internal and external consulting, general and line management at large and medium-sized corporations, and small start-up growth and management. His experience covers a wide range of industries including telecommunications and technology, financial services, consumer goods, retail, government and not-for-profit. He also works in international development, currently with the health industry in Ethiopia.
Dave utilizes a blend of conceptual thinking and analytical tools combined with a highly creative approach to problem solving. His leadership style is consultative and he engages with his clients according to their needs, both professional and personal. He brings structure to ambiguous situations to achieve clarity in thinking and then applies strong project management disciplines to identify the necessary steps and sequence of activity that leaders must follow to achieve their goals.
Dave holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Organization Development. He is a qualified (unlicensed) psychotherapist in the State of Colorado and is certified to administer level C psychometrics.
Wes Crocheron, Consultant in Human Performance
Wes has over 40 years independent, corporate and military experience in career planning, executive consulting, operations, program management, marketing and business development.
Wes has merged his diverse corporate experience with his formal education in counseling psychology and cognitive science. His mission is to improve performance, productivity and effectiveness in individuals and organizations.
Wes had profit and loss accountability for programs at FlightSafety and Hughes Aircraft as well as senior positions in marketing and business development including international sales. He has managed multisite organizations with revenues in excess of $150 million.
Wes holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, a Bachelors Degree in Education and is currently engaged in a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science. Wes is also a certified mediator and a highly decorated pilot logging over 1500 combat hours and receiving three Distinguished Flying Crosses and 11 Air Medals.
